NSRCA Officer Verne Koester (Pro-Mag man!) at 95 Nats with beautiful Ariel
from Dave Stuart Models. Pix taken prior to mid-air with tree, after parking
on Sweeney's radio. Late Spring of 1996 Verne locked himself in his basement
with 800 jelly donuts and his own glass-fuse for a USA Star. He says he
won't come out until both are finished.

Another Ariel, this one by Wyoming's top FAI pattern guy, Chuck Smith. Chuck
flies even prettier than he builds.

World Class FAI pilot Dave von Linsowe with wife/caller Janell. Both fly
aerobatics in a full scale Pitts also. Great people, I hear he can fly this
USA Star pretty well also.

Sam Turner poses with the Pursuit, his own design. Sam is a well respected
pattern plane builder and competes when he gets time. (Hey, did D'Best Co.
do a nice job on that '94 N-PAC logo on his shirt, or what? <grin>.)
Plane has some nice deign features to ensure straight, accurate construction.
YS 1.20 NC is plenty of power for this plane.
