____| Instructions to Park
County Property Owners
Your Assessment Schedule is the official record of your
property as on file in our office. It is your responsibility under
penalty of the law, to report to the Assessor's office any changes or
corrections that are needed to properly reflect your ownership on any
type of property, real or personal. Failure to do so can result in
fines and complications as periodic audits will be made.
If we do not hear from you within 2 weeks of receipt,
we will assume that our records are correct and will assess you accordingly
for the year.
Upon your request, a Deputy Assessor will be glad to
call on you and assess you personally or you may visit the office or
report by phone. By means of this handling, it is our attempt to
keep the costs of the County government and handling taxes to a minimum.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
